What's a “screened minute”?
A screened minute is time your AI assistant spends actually talking to an unknown caller. Most screenings take 30–60 seconds— the assistant asks who's calling and why, makes a judgement, and either connects, takes a message, or blocks.
Calls from your saved contacts ring through normally and cost zero minutes. Time spent talking to a real person after the assistant connects you also costs zero.

Frequently asked questions
Will forwarding calls cost me anything on my phone plan?
Honest answer: it can. The leg that forwards an unanswered call to your Call G number is billed by your own carrier, like an outgoing domestic call. We give you a local Call G number in your country so it stays a domestic call, and most EU plans include it in bundled minutes — but some prepaid plans charge per minute. We show your carrier's specifics during setup, before you switch anything on.
What happens when I run out of screened minutes?
Nothing scary. Unknown callers still divert to your Call G number, but instead of the AI conversation they get a plain voicemail prompt. No calls are lost, you just don't get live screening until the month resets. We notify you at 80% usage.
Can the AI accidentally block someone important?
The decision policy is built so it never blocks when unsure. Blocking only happens at very high scam confidence. Anything ambiguous becomes a message you can review, and a claimed emergency is always put through with a warning. You can also whitelist any number so it rings straight through.
How does the 14-day trial work?

Do my parents need a new phone or an app?
No. Call G works through carrier call forwarding — a feature every phone has had for decades. Their phone, their number, no app to learn. You can do the whole setup for them remotely from your own dashboard on the Family plan.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the next billing date, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your data is exportable and deletable at any time.
