Terms of service
The agreement for using Call G, in plain language. The one term worth reading first: Call G screens unsolicited inbound calls — it is not an emergency service.

01Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and IL Goldberg Solutions SIA, registered in Riga, Latvia (“Call G”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. They work alongside our Privacy policy.
02What Call G does
Call G provides an AI assistant that answers calls from unknown numbers diverted to it through your carrier’s call forwarding. The assistant asks who is calling and why, then connects genuine callers to you, takes a message, or ends the call if it detects a scam, and gives you a transcript and verdict.
The decision policy is designed to never block when unsure: only high-confidence scams are ended, anything ambiguous becomes a message, and a claimed emergency is always connected.
03Call G is a screening layer, not an emergency service
Calls a carrier fails to forward, or that callers abandon, are outside our control. A claimed emergency is always connected to you rather than screened, but you remain responsible for your own direct access to emergency numbers. Always dial emergency services directly.
04Subscriptions, trial and billing
- Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We email you before the trial ends — no silent conversions. No card is required to begin the trial.
- After the trial, plans renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT where required.
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
- Upgrades apply immediately (with proration); downgrades apply at the next billing date.
- As an EU consumer you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Because the service is supplied immediately, by starting screening you ask us to begin during any withdrawal period; we handle refund requests fairly and in line with EU consumer law.
05Screened minutes and fair use
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of screened minutes — time the assistant spends talking to unknown callers. Calls from your saved contacts ring through and cost zero minutes, as does time talking to a real person after the assistant connects you. If you reach your allowance, unknown callers get a plain voicemail prompt instead of live screening until the next period; nothing is lost. We do not charge overage without asking you first.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to use Call G to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including recording-consent laws in markets where they apply;
- screen calls on a line you are not authorised to control;
- harass, defraud, or impersonate others, or misuse the assistant to deceive callers;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent the security of the service;
- resell the service without our written agreement.
We may suspend accounts that put the service, other users, or callers at risk.
07Service availability
We work hard to keep Call G available and accurate, but the service depends on carrier call forwarding and third-party telephony, which we do not control. The service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
08Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your non-excludable statutory consumer rights). Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We are not liable for losses arising because the service is not, and is not held out as, an emergency or guaranteed-delivery service.
09Changes and termination
You can stop using Call G and delete your account at any time. We may change these terms as the service evolves; for material changes we will notify you and, where required, give you the chance to cancel before they take effect. We may terminate or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Latvian law governs this agreement, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
